81 Year County Doc works for Free in the ER
Posted on November 20th, 2007 by Doc Shazam
I just came across this article about an amazing physician, 81 year old Hiram Ward, who started working shifts in his local ER for free, in order to keep the hospital open.
When I come home from work complaining about how hard it is, I need to keep this guy in mind.
Read about Hiram Ward here.
Would you work your current job for free?

Doc,
There are always outliers. The good news is that you are one yourself.
Keep plugging away!

If I had the ability to provide my services for free, I would.
What a great, inspiring story!
Yeah, I would………! (Just pretty please don’t tell them that!)
